Creation Begins

Your piece is handmade in our Curlewis studio. Resin, 3D prints, macramé, or mixed‑medium — each item is crafted with care and intention.

Pickup or Delivery

Once your piece is ready, you can:

  • Pick up from our Curlewis studio (address provided upon booking)

  • Choose Australia‑wide shipping at checkout

Updates Along the Way

If your order is complex or personalised, we may send progress photos or check‑ins to make sure everything is perfect.

Timeframes

Every custom piece is handmade in our Curlewis studio, and timeframes can vary depending on materials, complexity, and the type of item you’re ordering. We always aim to create your piece as efficiently as possible while keeping quality at the centre of everything we do.

Standard Timeframes

Most custom orders take 1–3 weeks to complete. This includes resin pieces, 3D prints, macramé work, and mixed‑medium designs.

Complex or Detailed Orders

If your piece involves:

  • Multiple layers of resin

  • Detailed macramé work

  • Larger 3D prints

  • Mixed‑medium combinations

  • Custom inclusions or sentimental elements

Your timeframe may extend slightly to ensure everything cures, sets, and finishes perfectly.

Workshops & Piercing‑Related Custom Items

If your custom piece is connected to a workshop or a piercing appointment (e.g., personalised items, aftercare trays, display pieces), we’ll confirm the timeframe during booking.
